Welding Engineering

  •   Thermal joining, especially including fusion welding and soldering, involve substantial structural changes in the heat-affected zone in base materials, while also creating a completely new type of structure in the weld or solder. In close consultation with the customer.

we study the impact of such changes on use and production characteristics in thermally joined metals and their alloys as used in specific applications

 Welding Procedure Development:

We offer a broad range of welding engineering solutions for following industries Under  ASME B&PVC, AWS, CSA, API, NACE, A.A.R, PED, DNV and ISO codes and standards.

  • Pipeline construction and maintenance ( sour and Non-sour Services)
  • Machinery and heavy equipment repair
  • Fabrication and repair of structures
  • Pressure vessel and piping construction and repair ( sour and Non-sour Services)
  • Evaluation, selection, and recommendation of welding processes, procedures and filler metals
  • casting Repairs ( sour and Non-sour Services)
  • Storage tanks Construction and repair

 Corrosion in Weldment

Weldments can experience all the classical forms of corrosion, but they are particularly susceptible to those affected by variations in microstructure and composition. Specifically, galvanic corrosion, pitting, stress corrosion, intergranular corrosion, hydrogen cracking, and microbiologically influenced corrosion must be considered when designing welded structures .

We can help you for fabrication, corrosion, and materials selection issues related to sour service, helping you understand and comply with the specifications.
